What kind of photo works best?

Clear, well-lit photos where the face is easy to see give the most beautiful results. But don’t worry if your photo isn’t perfect — we enhance every image before it goes on the pendant.

Can you use an old or damaged photograph?

In most cases, yes. Scanned prints and older photos can often be improved during our preparation step. If a photo won’t translate well, we’ll reach out to you before we make anything.

Can I add engraving?

Yes — many of our picture pendants offer engraving as an option, perfect for a name, date, or short message on the reverse side.

Is the image permanent?

Your photo is set and protected for everyday wear. Like all fine jewelry, we recommend keeping your pendant away from harsh chemicals and storing it in its box when not worn.

How long does it take?

Because every pendant is made to order, please allow time for our craftsmanship process. Current production and shipping timelines are shown on each product page and at checkout.
